Folio 117: Stormont to Rochford. Applauds the firm line being taken by Britain in America. The marriage is announced between the prince of Piedmont and madame Clotilde [princess Marie Adelaide Clotilde Xaverie] The marriage of the king's second sister [Elizabeth Philippa Maria Helena] to the prince of Beira will not take place. He will now marry a princess of Savoy. He encloses ff. 119, 129 also 139, a speech by the archbishop of Aix, more admired than it deserved.
