Folio 90: Garnier to [Rochford]. He encloses f.94. He had not sent fuller details [of the Bonavista claim] as he thought he had received a complete list of damages from the British governor. The king appreciates the way Rochford dealt with the trunk in the ambassador's stables [see f.45]. It will be burnt at Calais. He does not wish to penalise the customs officer. Encloses f.96.
