Folio 277: Stormont to Rochford. Vergennes announced the resumption of works begun a year ago at Dunkirk, as France did not regard them as contrary to treaties. Stormont repeated the pledge given by Aiguillon. Vergennes spoke of the small importance of the works. Stormont believes Muy is behind this.
