Folio 264: Stormont to Rochford. The ceremony of the cataphalque remains fixed for July 27th. The princes of the blood will attend under protest. Vergennes takes his seat in the Conseil d'Etat. Choiseul's friends work for his return. Broglie pretends to be on good terms with Vergennes. Troubles in Corsica continue. Turgot, intendant of Limoges, has supplanted Boynes at the ministry of Marine. He comments on the character of Turgot.
