Folio 224: Stormont to Rochford. A reliable report from Toulon states that the armament has been set aside. It refers to 2 frigates there and 1 from Brest. Another source tells him that the visit of the grand duke [of Tuscany] to Spain will not take place and that the arming at Cartagena has been set aside.
