Folio 155: Stormont to Rochford. A good channel of intelligence could be obstructed, if Aiguillon and Boynes work together. No decision on Chevalier project [see f.95] but the story that the two frigates are going into the Mediterranean for exercises is not believed. Monteil has not yet sailed.
