Folio 107: Rochford to Stormont. Guines has circulated to foreign ministers copies of the memorial in his proceedings against his secretary. He reasserts the promise by Britain to abandon the Falkland Islands, which is untrue. He is to ask Aiguillon to tell Guines to declare by whom such a promise was made.
