Folio 129: Rochford to St. Paul. In view of f.108, Stormont has been ordered to return at once. If his informant is the Prussian minister, he is to treat the report with caution. France's conduct about Dunkirk will be a touchstone of her political views. On receiptof f.123, he has doubts if the intelligence is of such importance as was at first thought. Boynes is said to have proposed Chevalier's plans in the Conseil.
