Folio 94: St. Paul to Rochford. The marriage of the comte d'Artois was celebrated with great pomp. The crowds were insupportable at the chapel, the apartment and the banquet. The diplomatic corps are expected to be present for the three first days. If France cannot be mediator between Russia and Turkey, she will try to create dissension between Russia and Austria.
