Folio 27: Judgement of the court-martial, under the presidency of the duc de Biron, on lieutenant colonel le sieur de Bellegarde, for selling ordnance to his brother-in-law le sieur Montieu at below its real value. Bellegarde is to be cashiered and go to prison for 20 years and a day. Montieu is debarred from ever making any provisions of arms for the services and is to make restitution.
