Folio 17: Report by Hérouville to the king on his return from Dunkirk. He encloses copies of the plan of the port in 1766 [f.35] and plans and profiles of the new repairs. Also enclosed copies of ff. 9, 11 reverse side. The report accuses Durnford of false reportsand Durnford and his wife of hating Frazer and trying to discredit him, so that he would not return to Dunkirk. It answers in great detail each of Durnford's 7 complaints.
