Folio 193: St. Paul to Rochford. Reports a much less heated talk with the East India company's claim for maintenance of prisoners of war. Aiguillon said he was waiting for the British company to make the choice offered in f.165. But he still thought the claim exorbitant. The abbé Manet had planned the [West] African business. He had been put in prison by Boniface, governor Gorée, put on a ship for France and was now in prison in Le Havre.
