Folio 189: St. Paul to Rochford. He has seen Aiguillon, taking his turn after ambassadors, envoys and ministers plenipotentiary. Aiguillon said neither he nor Soubise nor Monteynard knew anything of new works at Dunkirk. He pledged that there would be none without Britain's consent. He will send an officer to Dunkirk to confer.
