Folio 135: Anonymous letter from a merchant to Rochford. A report from Rouen states that a French ship arrived at Havre de Grace laden with 150 tons of gum seneca from the forests of Senegambia, with the collaboration of the Moors near Port Henderick. The French can undercut British traders and are in breach of the treaty.
