Folio 180: Frazer to Rochford. Details of arms arrived from Maubeuge for Calais, Gravelines and Bergues, Letters from Toulon and Marseille agree that the armament at Toulon was suspended on April 29th and that the majority of sailors and workmen have been discharged. But one letter states that the remaining ships would be left ready to put to sea at 10 to 12 days notice.
Date and place: 1773 May 25 Dunkirk.
