Folio 171: Stormont to Rochford. Aiguillon reports that the king of Prussia has laid claim to the duchy of Courland or to a large sum instead, due to Prussian subjects for deliveries to the Russian army during the last war. Russia has communicated her assurances toSweden to other courts. She will direct all her efforts against Turkey. As her army is so low, she will use her navy. Stormont believes Britain holds the balance as to whether Denmark joins a Russian fleet in the Archipelago.
