Folio 39: Stormont to Rochford. Beniowski (Beziewski) has had 3 unspecified vessels added to his expedition, thought to be aimed at Formosa. He encloses list of the household of the comte d'Artois [f.41]. Madame Forcalquier is certain to be one of the comtesse's dames d'honneur. The fall of Monteynard is near. Aiguillon would like to succeed him but would be afraid to hold the post with his present department. Count Broglie would like the post.
