Folio 136: Rochford to Stormont. Booth and Devaynes will explain the claim of the East India company for the maintenance of prisoners of war. The Russian fleet is reported to be sailing for Finland, which caused criticism of Aiguillon. Rochford does not believe that the fleet has sailed. Stormont is to find out all he can.
