Folio 111: St. Paul to Rochford. The marriage of the comte d'Artois has been announced. The comte de Vergennes and the Spanish minister to Sweden both appear displeased with the king of Sweden but there are no signs of displeasure in the French court. The Maltese ambassador, the bailly de Fleury, accompanied by 60 knights of the order, notified the election of the new Grand Master. St. Paul will help Massareene as far as possible.
