Folio 27: Anonymous letter to Rochford. It refers to a memorial written by lord Massareene and his attorney describing a captain Clarke, now in the East Indies, `as the greatest vilain upon earth', as well as referring to others, who will obtain great damages. It condemns St. Paul for presenting the memorial to Aiguillon, thus giving it a sort of sanction. Signed: a friend of justice.
