Folio 213: Rochford to St. Paul. Encloses copies of ff.216, 218, the Canada merchants' committee's answer to f.164 and full particulars of the claims. St. Paul should tell Aiguillon that Britain wants to end this long and tiresome business and that the sum at issue, holding up a final settlement, is trivial.
