Folio 134: Frazer to Rochford. Following on SP 78/285 f.333 he lists the differences between the tariffs paid on British goods imported through Dunkirk and on goods from Holland. Also German hardware goods are given an advantage. He refers to special restrictions applied to several French ports and how Britain might apply for equality of treatment at Dunkirk and encloses f.136.
