Folio 89: Rochford to St. Paul. `A very secret correspondent' reports the intention to create a kingdom for the elector of Bavaria, consisting of Westphalia, the Austrian Netherlands and territories on the Lower Rhine at present belonging to Prussia. The electorate of Bavaria is to be given to Austria, who in return will renounce in perpetuity and guarantee Silesia in favour of Prussia. He is to make enquiries and discuss with Aiguillon.
