Folio 169: Memorial on behalf of A. Mackglashan, merchants of Dundee, trading with France. When their ship was wrecked, its cargo was transferred to a sloop. On entering the river for Quimper, the firm's agents' creditors seized it, took much of the cargo and sold it and the ship. The judge gave no order for restitution.
