Folio 122: Proclamation by the mayor and sheriffs of Dunkirk. Because of the high price and scarcity of provisions and the poverty and deaths caused by the situation, it is forbidden to export abroad, by sea or land, butter, eggs, poultry, game and vegetables, except for provisioning ships.
