He is to investigate a report of some convention between the courts of Vienna and Versailles about the etiquette between their ministers at foreign courts. Captain Scott has returned in the frigate Juno from the Falkland islands and confirms that the restitution of Port Egmont and its dependencies was made to him by don Francisco de Orduna in a polite and proper manner.
