Folio 243: Byron [governor Newfounland] to d'Angeac, governor of St. Pierre. He explains why the captain of the Aeolus (Eolus) seized the 10 shallops. He will return them to their owners but, if French fishermen come again outside the prescribed limits, their vessels will be confiscated and burnt.
