Folio 201: Blaquiere to Rochford. General statement by Aiguillon, repeating France's peaceful intentions and her refusal to assist Spain unless she were wantonly insulted. Whatever happens to Guines, Breteuil will not be nominated to the English embassy. Blaquiere reports disagreeable news for France about a cardinal's hat.
