Folio 189: Blaquiere to Rochford. Encloses ff.191, 193 about the Canada reconnaissances. The Parlement of Metz is to be suppressed and its members united to the sovereign council of Nancy. Brittany's turn comes at the end of the month, Grenoble and Dijon at the beginning of next, when there will be no longer any Parlement in France. The confederates [in Poland] have been crushed by the Russians in Lithuania, Oghinski escaped. Maréchal Brissac is made governor of Paris. More about messengers.
