Folio 177: Rochford to Blaquiere. Since hearing of Spain's ill humour [f.164] Masserano has protested about an incident in a village called Sora which happened about 2 years ago and which he had known about for a year. The governor of Barbados made restitution and was thanked by the governor of Puerto Rico.
