Folio 228: Harcourt to Rochford. He has protested in writing to La Vrillière about the claims of the Canada merchants. The establishment of the comte de Provence will receive an allowance of 4 million livres. Some pensions are being paid up to 1767. Spanish troops are reported back to quarters. No disarming yet at Ferrol.
