Folio 79: Harcourt to Rochford. No progress about the Canada reconnaissances. The referring of the matter by the proprietors to Parliament prevented a settlement during negotiations with Choiseul. No confirmation of French troops marching to Germany. Disarming discussed with La Vrillière. Encloses ff.81 to 102 concerning protests of the provincial Parlements at the edict in SP 78/281 f.248.
