Folio 72: Rochford to Harcourt. Masserano has delivered the king of Spain's orders for the restitution of port Egmont. Harcourt is to indicate to the French ministers Britain's pleasure. Harris has been given the character of minister plenipotentiary till the arrival of lord Grantham.
