Folio 28: Rochford to Harcourt. Masserano has declared that the king of Spain disavows the expedition against Port Egmont and will restore its dependencies, artillery and stores. This has been accepted as satisfaction for the injury done to the British crown. He encloses a letter to await Harris in Paris.
