Folio 262: Harcourt to Weymouth. The dispute between the king and the Parlement becomes more and more serious. He encloses f.264. The conduct of the chancellor gives great offence. If the king gives way, the chancellor will suffer. The chancellor alleges that the behaviour of the Parlement has been encouraged by Choiseul.
