Folio 260: Frazer to Weymouth. He sends intelligence reports about units embarking at La Rochelle for the Isle de Bourbon and about regulations of 1762 covering the strength of infantry and grenadier companies. They name two ships arrived from Rochefort at Brest and state that two ships of the line with four battalions are soon to sail for the West Indies. He acknowledges f.228 and comments.
