Folio 200: Walpole to Weymouth. He reports further numbers of ships. Registered seamen amount to 72,000. Embargoes on merchant ships are extended to most ports. 5,000 men are to be employed at Brest. 40,000 troops are to move into Brittany. Army officers are to report by March 1st.
