Folio 177: Walpole to Weymouth. He showed the letter for Harris [see f.173] to Choiseul and later they joined with the Spanish ambassador. As all three agreed that the re-establishment of things as they were before would satisfy Spain and England, it only remained for Spain to disavow the conduct of the governor of Buenos Aires (Buccarelli), which constituted an insult to the king of Great Britain.
