Folio 213: Harcourt to Weymouth. Choiseul wants the East Indies prisoners of war settlement made by Chamier and Lassart to be based on a rough estimate. Further discussion about Chandernagore. A report from Corfu states that the Russians landed in the Morea, takingeight or nine places. The Greeks have sided with them. Public credit in France is so low that loans floated to raise money have been stopped.
