Folio 60: Harcourt to Weymouth. He had expressed concern to Choiseul about the payment of the Canada paper. Choiseul had given his word that it would be paid. He had told him of the postponement of the recruitment of the 2000 men for the navy. The question of payment by the Compagnie des Indes for the maintenance of prisoners was discussed, also Indian affairs and the number of troops on the Isle de Bourbon and Mauritius and the fortifying of Martinique.
