Folio 215: Harcourt to Weymouth. Reports clandestine trade between Rouen and several British colonies in America. A meeting is to be held at Versailles about new edicts for raising money. Pressure grows on the controller general. The abbé de Breteuil, uncle of the ambassador to Holland, may succeed him.
