Folio 99: Walpole to Weymouth. He details the reasons for the dismissal of the Howard's case, contrary to the Treaty of Utrecht and by a quibble, and encloses a draft declaration, which would safeguard the English in all claims under the treaty, if accepted by France. He encloses ff.103, 105 and asks for instructions.
