Folio 97: Walpole to Weymouth. Chotinsky said the Russian fleet in the Channel was bound for the Mediterranean. Choiseul said France will help any vessel in distress but cannot admit a whole fleet into any of her harbours. Aiguillon is to be placed at the head of his troop of light cavalry to-day.
