Folio 64: Walpole to Weymouth. Only about 8 applications for passports have been received since the suspension of the French East India Company's privileges, all for trade with the Isle de France and the Isle de Bourbon. Enclosed the abbé Morellet's reply to Necker [missing here; see SP 78/278 f.258]. Enclosed copy of the secret articles in the French Hamburg treaty [ff.66 to 76; see SP 78/278 f.197]. The court goes to Fontainebleau.
