Folio 147: Weymouth to Walpole. Reports an altercation at the court ball about precedence, involving the ambassadors of Russia, the Empire, France and Spain. As a result the lord chamberlain issued a note to all foreign ministers [f.149]. the King does not expect any ceremony at a court ball.
