Folio 130: Memorial from the creditors (named here) of Larnac brothers of Martinique to Weymouth. Since their case has been transferred to Martinique, where they cannot expect justice from the courts, they ask that he and Harcourt will request orders to be sent to the governors of Martinique and Guadeloupe to protect Ponthieu and his son and to permit them to examine the books of the Larnac brothers, who are declared bankrupt.
