He gives details of ships, with their names, which have sailed or are getting ready to sail to the Indian ocean, with someindication of what troops are involved. He refers to La Motte's mission and to approaches to Heyder Ally, hostile to Britain. Roche has succeeded Dumas in command of the islands. Expresses regret at Green's changed plans.
