Folio 169: Memorial on behalf of Francis Rybot, merchant of London. It states the amounts due and lost through depreciation on his Canada paper. These were purchases in good faith from Chabert, who undoubtedly spent much money on the orders of Vaudreuil in providing supplies in the battle for Canada. He asks for indemnification.
