Folio 151: Frazer to Weymouth. A storm damaged the east jetty at Dunkirk. He has agreed to its repair up to the level of the beach but no higher and this was accepted by the French. Encloses f.153. The French militia, which has not been embodied for some years, hasbeen called up in its respective provinces, amounting to 80 battalions. Dunkirk will supply 20 men to rendezvous at Lille.
Date and place: 1769 Mar 10 Dunkirk.
