Folio 235: Weymouth to Walpole. He resents the move of the negotiations between the two East India companies about prisoners to London. The British company should send a representative to Paris to assist [Harcourt], who is leaving shortly, because Weymouth is determined to keep the negotiations at ambassadorial level. He refers to the Canada paper conversion.
